Discover Business Class LLC
Last Updated: February 18, 2026
Discover Business Class LLC (“Discover Business Class,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through discoverbusinessclass.com (the “Site”) and through phone, text, and email communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Travel details: departure and arrival cities, travel dates, cabin class preference, number of passengers, and similar trip information you share when requesting a quote.
- Passenger and booking information: passenger names as they appear on government-issued identification, frequent flyer numbers, seating or meal preferences, and other details necessary to complete a booking.
- Payment information: when you book with us, payment is collected and processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
- Communications: records of calls, texts, and emails between you and Discover Business Class, including call recordings where applicable (see Section 6).
We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or similar tracking technologies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and our cookie banner before any such tool goes live.
2. Cookies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic site functionality, such as remembering form entries or session information. Where required, a cookie consent banner will be displayed allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. We do not currently use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Search for, quote, and book travel on your behalf;
- Process payment for bookings;
- Communicate with you about a quote, an active booking, or schedule changes;
- Provide customer support, including assistance with changes, cancellations, or travel disruptions;
- Send you marketing communications about offers and deals, if you have not opted out (see Section 5); and
- Maintain business records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:
- Airlines and Travel Partners. To book your ticket, we share passenger names, travel details, and related booking information with the airline and the accredited host agency, consolidator, or other Travel Partner that issues your ticket. These third parties have their own privacy practices governing the information they receive.
- Payment processor. Payment details you provide are transmitted to and processed by our third-party payment processor in order to charge your selected payment method.
- Service providers. We may use providers that support our internal operations (such as phone or email service providers) solely to deliver communications and services to you. We do not currently share customer contact information with third-party marketing platforms or CRM tools beyond our own internal systems.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Discover Business Class, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If Discover Business Class is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money. We do not currently share your contact information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
5. Your Communications Choices
If you have provided your phone number or email to us, you may opt out of marketing communications at any time:
- Text messages: Reply “STOP” to any marketing text, or “HELP” for assistance.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Phone calls: Tell your agent, or contact us using the details in Section 10, to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.
Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional messages reasonably necessary to service an active booking, such as a schedule change notice from your agent.
6. Call Recording
Calls with Discover Business Class may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and dispute-resolution purposes. By calling us, you consent to such recording to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not wish to be recorded, let your agent know at the start of the call.
7. Data Retention
We retain booking, passenger, and communications records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with airline and financial recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and applicable law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including processing payments through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor rather than storing full card numbers ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and the right to request deletion of that information. We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined under the CCPA.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or share information — for example, if we begin using analytics or advertising tracking tools — we will update this Policy and, where required, our cookie banner, before those changes take effect.
